Hari has practical experience in developing business strategies and in the capacity of Chief Growth Partner for Global initiatives, his contribution to the enhancement of business volumes and growth, as well as achieving profitability targets is unparalleled.

As a meticulous planner, strategist, and implementer, he has demonstrated success in the comprehensive management of various resources to meet specific requirements. Hari is adept at managing teams to align with corporate standards and motivating them to achieve both business and individual objectives.

With strong problem-solving and technical skills, along with confident decision-making abilities, he enables effective solutions that lead to customer satisfaction and reduced operational costs.

Hari is a co-founder of Nivriti Solutions (NSaaS), a global fleet management and telematics company, which he helped establish from the ground up to revenue generation through a software-as-a-service model. This initiative assists CIOs and CTOs in optimizing costs related to software procurement while ensuring scalable and robust deployment of SaaS offerings.

Before his tenure at NSaaS, Hari held several leadership positions focused on technology sales to global clients in the APAC, USA, and Middle East markets. His previous roles include Head of Commercial Business at Compqsoft Inc, Regional Manager at SIS, Senior Manager at Prolifics, and Business Development Executive at Pramati and Vmoksha Technologies.

He is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt in Quality Management and has participated as a key management personnel in 27 critical areas of the certification process for CMMI level certification.
